Can I place an order by phone instead?
Of course! Simply give us a call and we will take your order and get it to you asap. Simply call us on 028 8674 8082 during normal working hours; if out of hours please leave your name and number and we'll call you back on our return.
Do you charge Vat on purchases?
Where applicable we are required by law to charge Vat on taxable items. Some items however may be vat exempt, no charge will be added to these. To make it simple all prices displayed include Vat, so the price you see is the price you pay; there may also be a charge for delivery too.
How secure is your website?
Security is a major part of our online website. We use security processes and extra software in place so any of your personal details entered are securely encrypted before they are sent over the internet to our systems. You will see our SSL Certificate Stamp at the bottom of each web page; you can also check for the padlock in the address bar, this will show you there is a secure connection between your PC and our Website.
Do I need to create an account to purchase something?
No, you can simply checkout as a guest when you go to pay.
Should I create an account anyway?
We recommend you do create an account. By creating an account you will only have to enter all your address and delivery details once saving you time on your next visit. You can also look back at previous order history and keep track of other orders.
How do I register for an Account?
Simply click the "Create Account" Link on the menu and fill in your details as listed; you will be required to create a username and password whic you will need to remember.
What if I forget my Username or Password?
Where you click on "Login" you will have options to use if you Forget Your Password or Username, simply follow the onscreen instructions.
What areas do you post to?
We can delivery goods to anywhere in the UK & Ireland. We can also deliver to Channel Islands although extra delivery charges may apply, for such deliveries please contact us before placing your order.
What should I do if the parcel is damaged when delivered?
In the unlikely event that your parcel is damaged on arrival you do not have to accept it, simply tell the delivery person you don't want to accept it and to please return as damaged. If someone else signs for the goods which are damaged, please let us know within 24 hours so as we can rectify the problem.
